Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received and are usually proceesed within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. Processing times begin from the time you place your order and do not include shipping time. Shipments are available to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii addresses only. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and UPS for general shipping and USPS Express for express shipping. Once your shipping label has been created you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the following business day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Troubleshooting

Wrong address? Please double check shipping address before submitting order. We are not reponsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve made a mistake after submitting an order please contact hi@telearamainehair.com as soon as possible.

Damaged or missing item? If you receive a damaged or missing item please contact hi@telearamainehair.com. Please include your name and order number, a brief description of the missing or damaged item, and a photo if applicable. Any discrepancies must be reported within three (3) days. We will contact you in regards to the matter within 2 business days.

Lost or stolen package? If you receive a notification that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received your order. Please allow 48 hours in case there may have been an error on behalf of USPS. If the order still hasn’t arrived please reach out to us and we will attempt to contact the shipping carrier. We also recommend reaching out to your local post office to see if the package is being held their. USPS may require you to file in claim in regards to the missing package. Please find information from USPS here. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been shipped.

Order Cancellation & Returns/Refunds

Once you submit your order it will be in queue for processing. If you have buyer’s remorse after purchasing please contact orders@telearamainehair.com with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we can process the cancellation. Once the order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order.

We do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or defected item please refer to Troubleshooting above.
