Booking policy

Dear Clients,

Please agree to the following policies in order to secure your appointment:

COVID-19 Precautions

All appointments are one on one. I ask that you come to your appointment alone unless accompanying a minor child. Please reschedule your appointment if you have had a fever, loss of taste or smell, or experienced any other COVID-19 symptoms or if you or someone you’ve been in close contact with has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 7 days. Upon arrival please call or text (206) 476-0103 and I will meet you at our main entrance as it is locked for COVID-19 precautions.

Booking

All services at Telearamaine Hair, LLC. are by appointment only, and the alotted time is reserved especially for you! When booking your appointment, we request a card on file to secure your 50% deposit. The amount paid will go towards the balance of your service. This deposit is non-refundable once you have made your chosen appointment slot unavailable to others. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation or a need to reschedule.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

It is easy to reschedule or cancel an appointment! Once you book your appointment, you will immediatlely receive an email confirmation. You will also receive a reminder email 72 hours before your appointment. From either of these emails you can independently reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you don’t have online access please call or text (206) 476-0103. Please leave a detailed voicemail if there is no answer. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, you can transfer your deposit to the new appointment date. Your deposit is only transferable one time.

Late Cancellations & No Shows

Appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or not properly cancelled at all (no-show) will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file.

Late Arrivals

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of your appointment to ensure timeliness. If you are running late, please call (206) 476-0103 and let me know as soon as possible. If I don’t hear from you after 10 minutes of your appointment time, I will call you to make sure you’re okay! Out of respect for other clients, you must reschedule if you are 15 minutes late. Lateness cannot be accommodated for Consultations or New Clients- it is especially important for me to have the entire allotted time for these appointments.
